GREENWOOD VILLAGE – Doug Hutchins, a leading Broker Associate with
The Kentwood Company, has been named a “Five Star Real Estate Agent” for 2010 by
Denver’s 5280 Magazine. Hutchins and the 2010 list of top real estate agents are
published in a special section of the September issue of the popular magazine. These
agents are recognized for providing the highest level of overall customer satisfaction.
An independent market research company, Crescendo Business Services, was
contracted by 5280 Magazine to administer a rigorous research process for its Five Star
Real Estate Agent award program. More than 92,200 recent home buyers, readers of
5280 Magazine, mortgage lenders and title companies were asked to submit an evaluation
to identify exceptional real estate agents in the Denver area based upon personal
experience. After review by a blue-ribbon panel of local real estate experts, fewer than
seven percent of all licensed real estate agents in the Denver area were selected.
Hutchins grew up on his family’s farm in Western Kansas where he developed a
strong work ethic that has served him well in the highly competitive real estate business.
He played football at Colorado State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Hutchins earned his CPA after college and later returned to graduate school at the
prestigious Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
