Castle Pines Master Association/HOA Information

 

There are several different unique neighborhoods in the Castle Pines community.  Over 2800 families call Castle Pines "home."  All neighborhoods belong to the Castle Pines Master Association and the Castle Pines Metropolitan District.  Many have formed their own subassociations.  Each of these associations operate independently with it's own management company, board dues and budgeting process.  The Master Association sponsers the web site, the Castle Pines Connection newsletter, e-mail alerts, community wide events and provides funds for new parks and recreation improvements.
