  • Within the United States I use the Certified Residential Specialist network to select Realtors to interview on your behalf. To be a member of this network the Realtor must have earned the prestigious CRS designation, which is held by less than 4% of the Realtors in the United States.
  • I also use the Leading Real Estate Companies of The WorldŽ to help select Realtors to interview on your behalf. This network is comprised of companies that meet the highest level of standards equal to those of The Kentwood Company (see graph below).
  • Regardless of which network I use, I have specific questions I ask each Realtor to help identify the absolute best Realtor to assist you based on your situation. As your real estate consultant, I want to ensure you have a smooth transaction and are working with the best Realtor available, regardless of where in the world you are buying or selling.
