The commission also takes contract writing very seriously and updates the contract on an annual basis to better protect those who are involved in the buying and selling of real estate.
Be aware of the contract and what it obligates you to do as a buyer or seller. Your agent should go through the contract line by line to explain the contract and answer any questions you have.
